Two men go in a journey to Santiago of Compostela. One of them is a humanist doctor of the 16th century; the other one is a contemporary opera singer. Both are unwilling pilgrims without hope or faith. But along the way, along a journey full of memories, sadness and laughter, both reveal and redeem themselves.
